40 Años a la Ezperanza

40 Años a la Esperanza is an Exhibit at National Museum of Mexican Art in the historic neighborhood of Pilsen in Chicago. The exhibit honors the 1979 mural A la Esperanza designed and painted at Benito Juarez High School.

This project was focused on creating the exhibition graphics for the Museum along side designer & artist David Escobedo. A la Esperanza is a time traveling reflection on artist intervention of the historical archives, feminist social documentation of the late ‘70s and the power of public arts education in a Latino neighborhood.
